(a) An individual health benefit plan shall be renewable at the option of the enrollee except as permitted to be canceled, rescinded, or not renewed pursuant to Section 1365 and Section 155.430(b) of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations. (b) Any plan that ceases to offer for sale new individual health benefit plans pursuant to Section 1365 shall continue to be governed by this article with respect to business conducted under this article.
