(a) This division shall be known, and may be cited as, the Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program. (b) As used in this division: (1) âDepartmentâ means the State Department of Health Services. (2) âFundâ means the Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program Rebate Fund. (3) âMedicare beneficiaryâ means a Medicare beneficiary who is a California resident.
