On and after July 1, 2023, general acute hospital building owners shall do both of the following annually until each of the hospital buildings owned by that hospital building owner is compliant with Section 130065. (a) Include all pertinent information regarding the buildingâs expected earthquake performance in emergency training, response, and recovery plans. (b) Include all pertinent information regarding the buildingâs expected earthquake performance in capital outlay plans.
