In addition to the other eligibility requirements set forth in this article, prior to being determined financially eligible for services under this article, the applicant family shall agree to repay the California Childrenâs Services Program for any treatment services authorized by the program in an amount not to exceed the proceeds of any judgment, award, or settlement for damages as a result of a lawsuit or pursuant to an agreement relating to a California Childrenâs Services medically eligible condition.
