The local public agency may suspend or revoke a permit issued under this chapter if the local public agency determines that the permittee has done any of the following: (a) Made any false statement or given any false information in connection with an application for a license or a renewal or reinstatement thereof. (b) Violated any provisions of this chapter. (c) Violated any rule of an ordinance adopted pursuant to the authority contained in this chapter. (d) Committed any other act that would be grounds for denial of a license.
