(a) Each stadium, concert venue, and amusement park shall, at all times, maintain unexpired doses of naloxone hydrochloride or any other opioid antagonist on its premises and ensure that at least two employees are aware of the location of the naloxone hydrochloride or other opioid antagonist. (b) Each stadium, concert venue, and amusement park shall ensure that the naloxone hydrochloride or other opioid antagonist is easily accessible and its location is known by emergency responders on the premises or otherwise widely known.
