For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply: (a) âDepartmentâ means the State Department of Public Health, unless otherwise specified. (b) âEligible medical conditionâ means Crohnâs disease, ulcerative colitis, other inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or another medical condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility.
