(a) Twenty percent of the total funds available for grants pursuant to this part shall be awarded to childrenâs hospitals as defined in paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 1179.11. (b) Eighty percent of the total funds available for grants pursuant to this part shall be awarded to childrenâs hospitals as defined in paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) of Section 1179.11.
