For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply: (a) âCECâ means a constituent of emerging concern. (b) âPanelâ means the Science Advisory Panel for CECs in drinking water specified in Section 116418. (c) âProgramâ means the Constituents of Emerging Concern in Drinking Water Program specified in Section 116417.
