The proceeds of the sale of the movable property shall be applied as follows: FirstâTo the fees and costs of the removal and sale. SecondâTo the allowances and costs of closing and keeping closed the building or place. ThirdâTo the payment of the plaintiffâs costs in the action. FourthâThe balance, if any, to the owner of the property.
