(a) The person in charge shall notify the local enforcement agency when notified that the food employee has been diagnosed with an infectious agent specified under subdivision (b) of Section 113949.1. (b) A person in charge shall notify the local enforcement agency when he or she is aware that two or more food employees are concurrently experiencing symptoms associated with an acute gastrointestinal illness.
