âFarm standsâ are premises, established in accordance with local ordinances and land use codes, defined under and operated pursuant to Chapter 10.5 (commencing with Section 47000) of Division 17 of the Food and Agricultural Code and regulations adopted and enforced pursuant to that chapter, operating within the requirements set forth in Sections 113789 and 114375.
