âCertified mobile farmersâ marketâ means a mobile food facility, as defined in Section 113831, that sells agricultural products, as defined in paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 47000.5 of the Food and Agricultural Code, prepackaged nonpotentially hazardous foods, cottage food products, processed foods, or a combination thereof, and meets all of the requirements set forth in Section 123279.1.
