âMeat or meat productsâ as used in this chapter, means any meat or meat product or poultry or poultry product that is not subject to the inspection of the Bureau of Meat Inspection or the Bureau of Poultry Inspection of the Department of Food and Agriculture, or of the Meat Inspection Division or Poultry Division of the United States Department of Agriculture, or of an approved municipal inspection department or establishment.
