(a) A hemp manufacturer or retailer who is operating in conformance with this part and in good faith compliance with their responsibilities under this chapter may manufacture or sell industrial hemp products or raw hemp extract without authorization for three months after the effective date of the act that added this chapter. (b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed.
