(a) All organic product regulations and any amendments to those regulations adopted pursuant to the NOP, that are in effect on the date this bill is enacted or that are adopted after that date shall be the organic product regulations of this state. (b) The director may, by regulation, prescribe conditions under which organic products not addressed by the National Organic Program may be sold in this state.
