No aquaculture, fish, or seafood product, including, but not limited to, farmed and wild caught species, shall be labeled or represented as âorganicâ until formal organic certification standards have been developed and implemented by the United States Department of Agricultureâs National Organic Program or the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
