If reference is made to the term ânarcoticsâ in any law not in this division, unless otherwise expressly provided, it means those controlled substances classified in Schedules I and II, as defined in this division. If reference is made to ârestricted dangerous drugsâ not in this division, unless otherwise expressly provided, it means those controlled substances classified in Schedules III and IV. If reference is made to the term âmarijuanaâ in any law not in this division, unless otherwise expressly provided, it means cannabis as defined in this division.
