(a) Upon receipt of a tentative order and tariff from an administrative law judge, the executive director shall provide board members, parties, and the public with notice of the issuance of the tentative order and tariff and included findings, and the publication date and effective date established by the tentative order and tariff by publication on the board’s internet website, and to advise board members and the public of their right to request that the executive director agendize the tentative order and tariff at the next regular meeting of the board between the issuance of the tentative order and tariff and the publication date pursuant to this section. (b) In the 10 calendar days following the notice of the issuance of the tentative order and tariff by the executive director pursuant to subdivision (a), board members, parties, and members of the public have the right to request that the tentative order and tariff be agendized for consideration at the next regular monthly meeting of the board.
