For purposes of this title, the following definitions apply: (a) âAgencyâ means the Great Redwood Trail Agency. (b) âBoardâ or âboard of directorsâ means the board of directors of the agency appointed pursuant to Section 93011. (c) âDividing lineâ means the county line separating the Counties of Mendocino and Sonoma at or near mile post 89.
