Sale Price of Tickets and Shares The Commission shall promulgate rules and regulations specifying the retail sales price for each ticket or share for each Lottery Game, provided: (a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), no ticket or share shall be sold for more or less than the retail sales price established by the Commission. (b) The retail price of each ticket or share in any Lottery Game conducted by the Lottery shall be at least one dollar ($1), except to the extent of any discounts authorized by the Commission.
