The Commission may: (a) Accept grants, contributions and appropriations; (b) Contract for any services which cannot satisfactorily be performed by its employees; (c) Employ legal counsel. Upon request of the Commission, the Attorney General shall provide legal advice and representation without charge to the Commission.
