That portion of Route 275 that extends from the end of the Sacramento River Bridge in the City of Sacramento to the junction of Capitol Avenue and Ninth Street in Sacramento is hereby designated as the âCapitol Mallâ and shall be an integral part of the Capitol Area Plan.
