Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require the disclosure of any of the following information contained in an application for a license to carry a firearm, issued by the sheriff of a county or the chief or other head of a municipal police department pursuant to Section 26150, 26155, 26170, or 26215 of the Penal Code: (a) Information that indicates when or where the applicant is vulnerable to attack. (b) Information that concerns the applicant’s medical or psychological history, or that of members of the applicant’s family.
