Nothing in this division shall be construed to require the disclosure by a county recorder of any âofficial record,â if a âpublic recordâ version of that record is available pursuant to Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 27300) of Chapter 6 of Part 3 of Division 2 of Title 3.
