This division recodifies the provisions of former Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 6250) of Division 7 of this title. The act that added this division, and the act that consists of conforming revisions to reflect the addition of this division, shall be known and may be cited as the âCPRA Recodification Act of 2021.â
