Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âAuthorityâ means the North Lake Tahoe Transportation Authority created under this title. (b) âBoardâ means the board of directors of the authority. (c) âTransportationâ means mobility infrastructure including trails and transit.
