(a) Moneys in the Climate Catalyst Revolving Fund received from the proceeds of bonds issued pursuant to this division may not be transferred to any other fund except as necessary to pay the expenses of operating the Climate Catalyst Revolving Fund Program. (b) The bank, for deposit into the Climate Catalyst Revolving Fund for use as set forth in this article, may borrow or receive moneys from other funds within the bank, as permitted by this division, or from any federal, state, or local agency, or any private entity, for the purposes of this article and as authorized by resolution of the board.
