Every officer of any affected county, affected city, or affected district shall make available to a reorganization committee any records, reports, maps, data, or other documents which in any way affect or pertain to the committeeâs study, report, and recommendation and shall confer with the committee concerning the problems and affairs of that county, city, or district.
