Notwithstanding the requirement to provide repairs in subdivision (b) of Section 54237, the Department of Transportation may offer a residence or property in an âas isâ condition at the request of a person given priority to purchase pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 54237.
