This chapter does not modify or eliminate any existing wages, hours, or terms and conditions of employment for employees. All existing wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for employees shall remain in effect unless and until changed in accordance with the employerâs procedures or pursuant to a memorandum of understanding or agreement between the employer and a recognized employee organization.
