The provisions of this chapter extending rights to a member of a county retirement system established under this chapter by reason of his or her membership in the Public Employeesâ Retirement System shall also apply to members of the State Teachersâ Retirement System Defined Benefit Plan, the Judgesâ Retirement System, and the Judgesâ Retirement System II.
