Whenever any district, public corporation or public agency uses the county treasury as the depository of its moneys, the county auditor, notwithstanding any other provision of law, may, in lieu of complying with any other procedure for the withdrawal of moneys from the county treasury, prepare his warrant on the county treasury for the same amount as the order, requisition, or other authorization from the district, public corporation or public agency. The warrant shall show the name of the fund upon which the warrant is drawn, date issued, payeeâs name, as well as any other information deemed appropriate by the auditor.
