No charge or fee shall be made for recording, indexing, or issuing certified copies of any discharge, certificate of service, certificate of satisfactory service, report of separation, or notice of separation of any soldier, sailor, marine, airman, or guardian, separated, released, or discharged from the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, or Coast Guard of the United States, Womenâs Army Corps, Womenâs Army Auxiliary Corps, Womenâs Reserve of Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard, or from the Army and Navy Nurse Corps.
