County recorders shall accept form books or blanks from any incorporated water usersâ association organized to secure the benefits of an act of Congress approved June 17, 1902, known as the âReclamation Act,â to be used for the purpose of recording the following: (a) Agreements with the United States, or with such water usersâ association in connection with land affected by the projects provided for by the act. (b) Subscription agreements or transfers of the capital stock of such water usersâ associations. (c) Other documents required to be recorded by such associations.
