The recorder shall keep two indices of releases of mortgages, labeled respectively: âReleases of mortgages of real propertyâmortgageesâ and âReleases of mortgages of personal propertyâmortgagees,â with pages thereof divided into three columns, headed respectively: âParties whose mortgages are released,â âParties releasing,â and âWhere recorded.â
