This part may be cited as the Public Employeesâ Medical and Hospital Care Act. As used in any contract or statute, the term âMeyers-Geddes State Employeesâ Medical and Hospital Care Actâ shall be construed to refer to and mean the Public Employeesâ Medical and Hospital Care Act.
