âNormal contributionsâ means contributions required to be paid by a member at the normal rates of contribution fixed by the law, by contract, or by contract amendment, but does not include additional contributions. âNormal contributionsâ also includes contributions required to be paid by a member that are in fact paid on behalf of a member by an employer as defined in Section 20030.
