California Government Code § 15472

For purposes of this part, all of the following definitions apply: (a) “Commission” means the Public Utilities Commission. (b) “Director” means the Director of the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety. (c) “Electrical corporation” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 218 of the Public Utilities Code. (d) “Office” means Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety.
