As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Transportation. (b) âDirectorâ means the Director of Transportation. (c) âSecretaryâ means the Secretary of Transportation. (d) âBoardâ or âcommissionâ means the California Transportation Commission. (e) âDisplaced workerâ means individuals eligible for assistance pursuant to Section 15076 of the Unemployment Insurance Code.
