The Controller shall authenticate with the Controllerâs official seal all warrants drawn by the Controller, and all copies of papers issued from the Controllerâs office. The Controller may affix the Controllerâs official seal to documents that the Controller issues in any manner desired, including printing, facsimile signature machine, rubber stamp, die, and sealing machine.
