No Member of the Legislature or state officer shall be charged for a search relative to matters appertaining to the duties of the Memberâs or officerâs office, nor shall a Member of the Legislature or state officer be charged a fee for a certified copy of a law or resolution passed by the Legislature relative to the Memberâs or officerâs official duties.
