On or before the 15th day of September in each even numbered year, the Secretary of State shall report to the Governor a detailed account of all of the Secretary of Stateâs official actions since the Secretaryâs previous report. The report shall be accompanied with a detailed statement, under oath, of the manner in which all appropriations for the Secretaryâs office have been expended.
