Within 60 days after the day on which a general election is held throughout the State, the Secretary of State shall deliver to the State Printing Office the Secretary’s certificate showing: (a) What laws or constitutional amendments, proposed by initiative petition and approved by the people, have gone into operation, and the date of going into operation. (b) The result of all elections upon a question submitted to the electors of the State by initiative or referendum petition within the preceding two years.
