For purposes of this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply: (a) âCouncilâ means the California Education Interagency Council established pursuant to Section 11902. (b) âManaging entityâ means the Office of the California Education Interagency Council established pursuant to Section 11904.
