For the purpose of this article, the following terms used in the Code of Judicial Ethics have the meanings provided in this section: (a) âAppealâ means administrative review. (b) âCourtâ means the agency conducting an adjudicative proceeding. (c) âJudgeâ means administrative law judge or other presiding officer to which this article applies. Related terms, including âjudicial,â âjudiciary,â and âjustice,â mean comparable concepts in administrative adjudication. (d) âLawâ includes regulation and precedent decision.
