The State has accepted the retrocession of jurisdiction over certain lands by the following statutes: (a) Statutes of 1935, Chapter 828, concerning the Presidio in the City and County of San Francisco and Fort Baker in Marin County. (b) Statutes of 1941, Chapter 226, concerning the Presidio in the City and County of San Francisco.
