Every foreign corporation before being licensed by the commissioner to transact in this state the business of a corporation, or any part thereof, shall subscribe and acknowledge and submit to the commissioner at his or her office, an application certificate in duplicate, which shall specifically state: (a) The name of such foreign corporation. (b) The place where its business is to be transacted in this state. (c) The amount of its capital stock actually paid in cash and the amount subscribed for and unpaid. (d) A complete and detailed statement of its financial condition as of a date within 60 days prior to the date of such application certificate.
