The department shall issue a class 1 domesticated game breederâs license upon the payment of a base fee of eight dollars ($8), as adjusted under Section 713, and a class 2 domesticated game breederâs license upon the payment of a base fee of forty dollars ($40), as adjusted under Section 713.
