(a) The Restoration Management Permit Program Fund is hereby established in the State Treasury. (b) The department may establish a schedule of fees to be charged for all or a portion of the departmentâs costs relating to the administration of restoration management permits, not to exceed the departmentâs reasonable costs. (c) Fees received pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Restoration Management Permit Program Fund.
